We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how we can help.

Returns We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: hair growth products, skincare items, and personal care products.

Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll make it right.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
