We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be completed before orders are dispatched, except where Pay on Delivery is available. Pay on Delivery is currently available in Lagos only. Nationwide delivery is available with advance payment.

SECTION 6 – DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders promptly after confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on location. Halebay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

SECTION 8 – PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, violate any regulations or laws, infringe upon intellectual property rights, harass or discriminate against others, or submit false or misleading information.
